1. 10% Service Charge: A 10% service charge will be applied to all refunds processed. This charge is non-refundable and covers administrative costs associated with processing the refund.

2. Time Limit: We accept refund requests within 24 hours of payment for special formulations, and 48 hours after payment for products on the shelf and therapies. After this time frame, no refunds will be granted.

3. Goods in Good Condition: Due to the nature of our products, goods delivered in good condition cannot be returned. This includes perishable items, such as food and beverages, as well as customized or personalized products.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

5. Return Process: To initiate a refund or return request, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide detailed information about your order, including the reason for the refund or return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
